Typical Residential Sewer Repair Methodology

The Perma-Lateral™ System is designed for 2″ – 8″ pipe diameters. The system can be installed through clean-outs or open end pipes. Only one access point is required. The liner can be ambient cured in 3 hours or steam cured in as little as 20 minutes. 2″ to 4″ diameter pipes can be rehabilitated up to 120FT+ in length, while 5″ to 8″ diameter pipes can be rehabilitated up to 600FT + in length. This is best selling small diameter pipeline rehabilitation system in North America!

Typical Municipal Sewer Repair Methodology

Perma-Main™ Top Gun™ Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) Manhole to Manhole Inversion Rehabilitation System. The Perma-Main™ Top Gun™ lining system is designed for 8″ – 24″ Diameter Pipelines. The materials are air inverted through existing manholes and steam cured in as little as 1 ½ hours. The Perma-Main™ Top Gun materials can be installed safely, fast, and efficiently. Installations average 300FT to 600FT in length.

Typical Municipal Sewer Repair Methodology

The Perma-Liner™ Sectional Lining System is designed for 6” – 60” Diameter Pipelines. The materials are pulled into place through existing manholes and are ambient cured in 3 hours or heat cured in as little as 1 ½ hours. PLI Sectional Point Repair Materials can be installed safely, fast, and efficient. Installations average 1-5 installations per day. The Perma-Liner™ Sectional Point Repairs can be installed to repair 2FT–10FT areas.

Typical Residential Sewer Repair Methodology

The LR3 is both a pull-in-place and spot repair system giving you the flexibility to perform both operations by only changing the proprietary double strand cold LED repair packer. The LightRay non-VOC resin is pre-impregnated into the high-performance fiberglass liner and shipped ready to install for no-dig small diameter pipe infrastructure repairs. Once the install site is prepped, casting times in under 10 minutes can be achieved eliminating the risk of premature or prolonged curing times due to temperature variations.

Typical Commercial Sewer Repair Methodology

A new way to approach and repair vertical pipelines in residential and commercial markets making the process much easier in less time. Where coating or brush casting needs multiple coats and comes with a significant dry time, the system cures in one hour using a compact, electric steamer or vacuum pump. There is zero thickness inconsistency with this method where one would see significant inconsistencies with coating. The host pipe does not need to be dry prior to install, lessening the installation and cure time.

The lower pipe illustration shows the same pipeline with a rehabilitated relined and sealed new pipe liner.
